Features and benefits
? Can effectively adsorb on the toner surface, improve the wetting and dispersing properties of the toner, shorten the grinding time, and at the same time, improve the gloss of the paint film, there is no return to coarse after standing;
? Can be added in coatings for grinding and developing agents for toner;
? The chemical adsorption of pigments and fillers in mixed solvents is better than similar additives, suitable for the heterogeneity of carbon black adsorption;
? Has strong dispersing power, low addition amount, prevents floating, blooming and anti-settling effect, is the most ideal dispersant for inks and paints.
Application range
? Alkyd, nitro, acrylic, chlorinated rubber and PU coatings.
Added amount
?It is used in black paint with the amount of 8-15% of carbon black. After dispersing agent and carbon black are mixed, grinding;
?Inorganic toner: 0.3-2%;
?Organic toner: 2-10%.
