ST-864F PTFE modified polyethylene wax is a kind of special made ultrafine powder with high melting point. It can be used as additive in coatings, wood finishes and UV curing coatings, flexo and gravure inks etc.

 Typical Application:

Excellent compatibility and dispersibility with host solvent or powder coatings based on acrylic, alkyd, polyurethane, N/C and N/C combination fineshes, epoxy, polyester, hybrid. It can be used in can and coil coatings, powder and industrial coatings, wood finishes and UV curing coatings, overprint varnishes, flexo and gravure inks.

 Performances:

Giving good scratch, abrasion resistance and high gloss surface property,  performing good slip ability through very coefficient of friction.

 Addition Levels:

Addition of 0.3～2.0% of this super-fine powder is recommended based on total weight. High-speed stirring or grinding is needed to disperse this product in host material.

 Package, Storage and Cautions:

1. The product is packed in bags with two layers of paper , 20kgs net weight per bag;

2. Stored in clean, dry place to avoid possible contamination by dusts, moisture, etc.
